I have found it rather difficult to blog of late due to a lack of computer access and have realized I can blog from my iPhone. Happy days. So from the comfort of my local Starbucks I can bring some of my observations to the front.
Today I am reading Daniel 2. Give it a read (warning: it’s a long one). Daniel is a man confident in his God. He trusts God even when he cannot see how God is going to work. However, that’s not what struck me the most.
Daniel 2:27-30 is what gets me buzzing.
Daniel has an opportunity to take a little bit of credit for what is about to happen. But guess what…he doesn’t. He gives all the glory to the one it is due. He’s no glory stealer.
So he’s the challenge. Do you trust God by giving everything over to Him? And do you look to make him famous even when you could easily steal a bit of glory for yourself?
