Haiti Aid Appeal

I don’t know about you but I have been deeply challenged by what has happened in Haiti and by the response of many people. If you would like to give then I would like to recomend a charity in which it would be good to give to. They are called Tearfund, and they are a Christian charity.

“At Tearfund, what drives us is a belief that the local church is the answer to poverty. Inspired by the example and teaching of Jesus, we recognise that people have deeply interconnected material and spiritual needs, and we seek to meet those needs by working through our local church partners. Churches are at the heart of their communities – full of dedicated, resourceful people who want to make a long-term difference.”

Tearfund is dispatching emergency aid funds to help survivors of the earthquake that has shattered impoverished Haiti. Thousands of people are missing, feared dead.

If you would like to donate then click here to go to the webpage and have a look at them for yourself.

About

am Jamie, and I am a Christ follower. I love Jesus but more importantly he loves me and made the ultimate sacrifice of his son so that all the things I have done, and will do, have been forgiven. And now I know God, and I pursue to know him more. Motivated and transformed by his grace I live for God, to glorify him by enjoying him.
